  I was having SO MANY darn problems with my Sony Ericsson last time... Let me think.. At least 3 buttons not working... Plus many other bugs... And it was like only 2 weeks after I bought my HP... But I went in to get it serviced one Saturday... It got back in PERFECT CONDITION on the following Monday... And so far been so good...

  the branch manager said she feedback to her XXX manager (cant make out what manager she said)

  and she said that person will let her know a "solution" .. she don't have any authority.

  I told them to get back to me by TODAY ..

  Its almst 4pm. I'll call again later ..

  What I want, is for them to fix it properly ..

  Or else, give me a new, replacement phone ...
