  i went there not too long ago but coz it's so crowded, i cant see the shops...

  yup bad design .. escalator placement is bad .. walkway too cramp .. lack of shelter on the entrance .. once it start raining everyone have tol squeeze to the middle shelter causing jam ..
  
  some traps on the walkway too .. saw a father carrying baby trip over the cable casing but lucky the crowds help him up

  as you go higher storey, there's lesser escalator to use.
