Its a good news... since it will be better for him in the long run. This operation is the only option, you should be happy for him. You should have known this is what he will have to go through, you could have start saving bit by bit long time ago. Save for the Rainy Days, not look for a shelter when it rain eventhough you already heard from the Weather station it will definitely rain. I would say its impossible to come up with such an amount within 2 months, Its neither a small amount nor large amount. Full Subsidy is probably impossible, if you managed to get any form of extra subsidy is already good enough. Maybe the only option is to apply for a personal loan with mortgage.
