speakin of which oceanos.. i went to bout half a dozen shops lookin for your mandrakes
from metaphysical shops to herbalists and party drugs shops.
most has no idea, metaphysical shops answers was that it was too dangerous too grow, or they dont sell plants, etc.
in short...no luck

Nz here cares alot bout their flora since they have this clean & green image to keep up. Most common chinese herbs used in cooking are banned
