Started using the healing CD music (purchased from Oceanos) last night. I slept late last night but I am not feeling as tired as I used to be. I don't really have Deep sleep last night either. Wonder if this is the right manner?

Like you said, oceanos, the energy of the CD is really not bad. When I was listening to it, even though the volume was very soft and I was lying down, i can still feel a bit of vibration of the song surrounding me.
