Don't need to go gym or diet. Everyday walk to workplace or school and take stairs instead of lifts can liao. -

6 floors only, can climb lah, good exercise for the legs and can keep fit.
Don't need to climb 33 floors, go up to 20th floor and climb 13 floors.
