  My current webhost revamped the whole website, cannot upload and delete webpages. Need to find another web host to host my webpages.

  Without giving prior notice? I guess it is still ok if you have saved the html to your computer, once you find a suitable host,you can just upload again right?

  Yeah... they revamped after I updated my website.
  
  I have the pages on my computer now, just need to find a host.
