If they are trying to be funny, emails will be sent to their ISP to warn them or in most cases... get a hacked PC clean up. Most are hacked anyway. -

Further checking by the admin shows even weirder things going on. Might be facing a major attack soon, if those machines are successfully taken over.

IT Security very hard to learn. Need to have experience then can go for course. No chance liao.
Maybe will have such English courses if search hard enough...
