Actually i would dispute this, there may not actually be a being that fits your definition of God. But is your definition of 'GOD', god?
I know we all like to think there can only be one definition of God, but i reckon if you start probing on the details you'd pretty much get quite a few different versions.

Could possibly be since they claim growing number in attendanceCould also be they are holding some forums, conference or reaching out to preach gospel kind of programmes/events.

Their existence scares me more than the PAP and LKY. I can understand the PAP's motivations and what they would most likely do. But i cannot predict the same for these churches and what they would do. -

No worry, StevensonI believe the govt is monitoring such churches. They are doing their part to maintain religious harmony. Govt may have already sent people there to spy. Such group is big and can be threatening to the govt, too. Few years back, think it was the lhl or the father speaking subtlely about displeasure on group of religious people.

Actually what these 'megachurches' can do is split up their church into smaller branches around singapore just like the denominational ones (catholic, methodist, anglican, etc)
Unless their pastor is unwilling to give up total control and power, i don't see what is wrong with doing it?
