when u look at wad most of them say, its quite obvious they r not true atheists...the qns asked do not point to no God, but rather point to theres a God...the issue is abt whether God exists, not abt whether He is gd or evil...they r using ''God being bad'' as the basis tat He dun exists...its like saying terrorists are bad, so they dun exist...

Wow. Stunning. This leads to total stagnation and halt of scientific progress. All you'd had to do was sit in a cave, talk to your imaginary friend and hope to go to heaven when you die.

How do you know the events in the bible are true? Because the bible is god's word.
How do you know its god's word? Because the bible says so.
This, for those not trained in mathematical logic, is called circular logic, and is the absolute worst argument in existance.
QED, the bible is one of the absolute worst arguments in existance.
I agrees that some events in the Bible may not have happened exactly as it was described or may not even have happened at all.....
But so what? What is the purpose of the Bible?
And what's wrong with Bible being the Word of God?
Even if everything described in he Bible did not happen and they are "false"? The Bible when understood in the proper context is about the teachings that God wants us to follow - I.E. to love each other.
If everyone follows the teachings of love, compassion and charity, why would that be any harm?
Before I am misquoted, the Bible teaching is true from cover to cover.
The Bible is in no way in conflict with science.
So what's the problem?

Aiyah dun need to argue. People has been discussing this to death for so long and no one can come to a conclusion, you think u all can do it on a forum like SGFORUM?
I believe in God and believe the bible is true. But I can also accept another's opinion that they think it is false, wrong or whatever.
But then, I can only say, then you better be prepared to live or die with the fact that you might be wrong.
