i just watched one last nite on cable. Surrendered to zz-monsters midway but SS continued and won the battle.Originally posted by sillyme:oh ya.. some of the old hk horror movies are quite crappy
so did you cover your head with the blanket.Originally posted by M:eh.. the titles are not familiar.. but that's just me.
This reminds me, i switched on my TV yesterday before getting ready for bed. It just had to flash a scary scene from a horror movie.

i have a long list of horror flick, thanks to my mom, a fan of horror movies, novels, and morbid murder storiesOriginally posted by M:Only have a short list of horror flicks
Can either attribute it to my youthor it just isn't one of the genre I spend significant time and money on.
But i remember poltergeist, amityville (is this for real?), exorcist for the classics.
Ring and Sixth sense for the recent.
i watch them through the gaps between my fingersOriginally posted by choco B:I hate horror movies. It's money down the drain because I watch only about 50% of it, the other 50% my eyes are closed.
As for ghost stories, actually the scarier ones are told to me over the phone, because then my imagination runs havok and after that I can't sleep. Whereas if I focus on the storyteller and content, it's not so scarey.
if u treat yr loved one like 7-11, go to them only when you need their help, the relationship won't last long. It seems we need to get our ideas of God from an authoritative source, otherwise He becomes whatever we imagine Him to be. works for a while, but lots of trouble on judgement dayOriginally posted by NeonTetra:God is like 7-11....he is always there for us esp when we need Him most.
(see who can come out with best analogy of God. Note..this is not blasphemous ah)
Originally posted by skinnybeanie:when young, i watch it by covering my eye with my hanky. My logic then was that the blurer the image, the less scary it is.
Originally posted by choco B:But it's true what!Watch partial then less scarey.
