starts at national stadium to east coast.. trails down the whole stretch, then u-turns back to the other end of east coast... super daunting..

this is the first time i'm trying a half-mara.. i think most important is to not run with old shoes.. and the technique lor.. most of the movement should be forward.. and not bouncing..
running on threadmills is worse, becos in actual fact.. u are not pushing forward due to the machine movement.. u are actually pushing your body up to keep yourself on the machine.. proven in a experiment b4 -
