Every year I am on the search for the perfect pineapple tart... I think so far only the bakery near my house up to standard.
The best pineapple tarts I've ever tasted is made by my nanny who looks after me when I was young.....now, she's old, her daughter took over but they make very little pineapple tarts now.....mostly for family and close friends only..... -
