If not better then might as well switch to a more suitable brand of pills? Something that isn't so heaty?
How do you know if they're better anyway... less creaky? Tougher?

she has these heap of glucosamine pills from her doc (he's nuts.. prescribes these pills and always way too much is given) and i checked... since they're not exactly medication and i'm not allergic, why not just swallow 3 a day...
they may help anyway

I do know that if want to be a sky diver, the cost is about $1,200 to get certification in Malaysia. Tempted to go but then.... think one form of diving is enough for me -

sky diving lasted seconds.... at least sea diving can last 30-70mins depending on depth n air consumption of individuals. -
