Speaking of that, I saw an OCT last night at Lot One.He was wearing his epaulettes, the beret with the white backing, carrying the large OCS bag and hefting a laptop bag along too.Inside the shopping mall no less..Gee.

anyway that said, none of us complain much when we see other rank servicemen going around in uniform. however there seems to be a lot of criticisms when its cadets or officers people spot outside. why the biasness? why is it that no one postulates that a senior warrant or a senior specialist is showing off when they go out in their uniforms? -
If someone were to walk around in a public place displaying a red beret or commando shirt i guess he'll be perceived as trying to show off too..

One of my wing's platoon was forced to wear Smart 4 to book out coz of super wrong thing they did...but we booked out at 10+pm..near 11 so..^.^ -
Well in my time everyone's first bookout was in smart 4 and due to public holiday, it was in the first week of TST if i remember correctly. There are 2 types of CCC in SAF.
One happens in Hendon camp.
The other is for ORD personnel. -
