  hmmm.. i can see it on my comp leh.. in fact its the 2WO rank that i cannot see.. maybe can try right-clicking then "show picture"? works sometimes..

  Anyway now that even the SCDF has changed such that NCO stripes are now worn on the epaulettes, i wonder if SAF will follow soon...
  
  Guess it's also more convenient when one gets promotion thru the NCO ranks? No need to sew, take out and sew again..

  i like the current rank system. officer ranks on the epaulettes and NCO ranks on the sleeves. no point in changing it.
