friday prayers n puasa in SAF

  is it true that all muslim personnels will get afternoon off on fridays to go prayers?
  
  now is fasting period, how the training will affect muslim personnels? not trying to raise racisl tensions just curious.

  for malay trainees and perm staffs in a unit, they will go out of camp to a nearby mosque to pray. then come back to continue to do whatever they are doing after prayers.
  
  for BMTC, last time all the recruits will march to a certain company to pray togther.

  I dun remember seeing my platoon mate going to Friday prayers while in OCS..

  Certain camp or school have muslim's prayer room... if there is someone who is capable to host the prayers session, then it will be host in the camp if not... as what gordonator mention above

  There's one in school one. When I was in there, the muslim guys would go for prayers.

  if i was in the army i also lazy to pray after training...
  and if got field execercise during fasting i think i cant faint...

  well..i'm too preoccupied to perform i guess....
  
  for fasting..i'd probably attempt..but then if i cant take it..then i shall break fast..

  From what I know, all Muslim personnels are given an off on Friday afternoon to go prayers.
  
  But some of them took the off but they stayed in the bunk sleeping........
