Pls clarify what and where this feedback channel is. If it is an AAR conducted during exercises or training then i will say don't slam it too much. AAR (otherwise known as After Action Review) is NOT a forum for you to KPKB abt how much you kena tekan. rather it is a chance for you (and all involved) to realised what you did right and what you did wrong and how can it be better done next time.
Also, the person conducting the AAR should be neutral (although sometimes this falls on the Comd) and receptive. Put it this way, AARs are a tool and you judge the effectiveness of this tool by the person wielding it. If an M-16 fails to kill someone at 10m becos it was a little kid handling it, you not gonna say that the M-16 is faulty now are you? -
I just POP yesterday...and my batch has to write this AAR book after an activity. Be it training or CO evening etc, we have to write a feedback. Can be ways for improvement or critism. Of course we knew it is just for wayang. Even our PCs and sergeants know that.
