Of course lah. You will get promoted to LCP then to CPL. Not so soon yetOriginally posted by gigabite:Must i undergo any course to get a promotion to CPL?
depends on your unit. some units just give you your CPL with no questions asked when the time comes. but most units require u to pass IPPT in order to promote u.Originally posted by gigabite:Must i undergo any course to get a promotion to CPL?
i believe a RP need not pass SOC in order to ORD, but some garang unit might require their RPs to do chiong suah/do SOC from times to times. after all a RP is getteing combat pay, somehow must be in some sort of combat fit condition right? hehe...Originally posted by gigabite:As an RP.. must i pass SOC to ORD?
