What posting is FEP OPR and Plant OPR?

My ex-recruits just got their postings... and i do not know what the heck they are...
one is..... HQ 3DIV, Plant Operator.
The other is Air Force School.... FEP Operator.
What are these?
And what's the difference between RP who goes to a base... and RP who goes to SAFPU? Don't tell me the latter becomes RP guarding SAFPU HQ. haha. -

Anyway, a Plant Operator is classified under the Combat Engineer arms.They operate bulldozers, excavators, forklifts and other heavy-lift equipment designed to support any Engineer exercise where trench digging and other defensive positions need to be created.
FEP operator.I have no idea, perhaps some of the Air Force guys would care to clarify?
RP and air bases and a RP at SAFPU HQ is different.The former will be under FDS(Field Defence Squadron), meaning tougher training and more infantry-like role than the one who is a SAFPU HQ, for he is merely a "service" RP.Course length is also different. -
Yes, i am concerned for my recruits. Never tekan them but treat them with dignity and respect. Don't see the need to do what typical sergeants do.
Anyway, thanks for the response. But my recruits postings sucks big time.... some of my best people go CD, and RP. 3 of the 4 who went OCS is due to signing on. haha.
