  regulars will not fail ippt one...
  they can even pass ippt in their bunk
  especially in active units when the ippt oic for the company is a fellow spec

  Even non-combatants have to pass IPPT by the first 2 mths of the new workyear, each year, whether u go for IPPT of AAFT.

  i think as long as you are a regular, you have to pass ippt, regardless of service,technical or combat vocations

  Correct.
  
  ALL Regulars are given the first 2 months of the new workyear to clear their IPPT/AAFT.
  
  Otherwise, it would hamper their chances to promote etc.
