  Sgt Ong is a down right fool who knows how to shout and pull rank only but ignorant in minor tactics and topo. the only spec i knew who attempt to kill himself(from 3rd floor) but was stopped by other specs. Subsequently charged and fined.

  Still, I think we should give the guy a break. If we only keep criticizing, people like that will never improve. We should show more understanding and start encouraging them instead. As hard as it may be...
