  Downgrade if your physical condition makes it hard for you to train.If not, try to endure.But be smart yeah..

  ONCE U REPORT DEPRESSION.... THIS WILL BECOME A MARK FOR UR WHOLE LIFE IN S'PORE.
  
  AND WHEN U ORD, UR CERF OF SERVICE WILL WRITE U HAVING DEPRESSION. AND GUESS WAT.... WITH TAT REMARK... U WILL HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING JOB NEXT TIME!
  
  i hav remind u. if u rather slack for 2 yrs.. and suffer for the rest of ur life.. den go ahead.. everything tat u declare will become a remarks in ur bio-data n last u a life-time.

  at this present stage of my so call "career" in army.. i see how does backstabbing is in the corporate lvl..
  well, at least i see the cruel side of the world now in NS... better than next time when i'm working out there. and it's better to fall down during NS den falling down when i'm in the society.
  
  and of cos.. i met the gd stuffs in army. worthful frdships and prehaps more things.
