Do you count weekends inside your ORD leave?

if u took mon to fri leave on the 1st week, and mon to thur on the 2nd week, the total no of leave taken is 9 days.
so conculsion is.. dont make urself absent from work for 14 days straight. -

for the new 5 day work system, i arent sure. it will be good if u check with ur S1's leave clerk. -
end of the year i have to go overseas to settle some university admissions. it's sometime around november and i plan to take around 3 weeks of leave, lots of running around to do between tokyo, nagoya and osaka.
i've never taken leave before, so i'm not really sure what the procedures are. if i remember right, the 1st and 3rd of november is a public holiday. my bday is on the 27th of october so i'm off that day too. i intend to apply for leave on october 28th and 31st, november 2nd, 4th and 7th-11th. that's a total of 9 days of leave. including 6weekends will be a total of 18 days assuming my flight leaves on the 27th and i return on the 13th.
do i apply for leave on the days i want and then get an exit permit for the 18 day stretch? -

my unit does not practise tat.
tat time i took oversea leave to go holi, den CO declare tat day an OFF day due as it in the middle of PH, den i request my chief clerk to cancel my leave. she make lots of noise sia.. say wat... i go oversea.. off cannot go.. den i dont wan my off to kena jiak.. so nvr go lor.. (i going into JB myself. no tour agency involve)
anyway can always go in illegally lah, so long no accident / recall. -
Anyone here got many days off burned coz not allowed to clear? (ironic right? given off yet not allowed to clear and they clear for you by burning them...SAF really sucks at times...)
by the way,I got 12 days off burned by my CO coz he wanted my department to clear all offs by a certain date...and you know la.Knn thought I can clear 6-7 weeks ORD vacation instead of the usual 1 month -

some units doesnt allow enlistee to clear their leave at one time for ORD.. -

our unit is the last month of service not allowed to take any leave or off. everytime must clear before the last 1 month. dunno why oso.

would 13.5 days be rounded off as 14 days?
say you take monday to friday. nxt week monday to thursday, friday half day (PM)
like this those that managed to find a job won't have much troubles too. -
Actually I am planning this coz last month can do medical/dental and admin clearance,don't need to spend time during leave doing it.
