Hi all! What do u think about a "Za Bor" becoming a Guardsmen? btw im really desperate to get advices on the route of becoming a Guardsmen. Can anyone pls?

I see char bor tank commander already, so commando, i also won't bat an eyelid.

I would like to see a female with a Guards tag. I have served in a Guards unit - 2 years NS plus another 12 years in reserves, but never seen one.

btw just out of curiosity, what's the motivation factor(s) behind your desire to be a member of the Guards unit?

Most of the girls i know who signed on with the army prefer to be in the support arms side...
So far i've heard of the existance of female guardsmen but never seen one myself... -

She was from Serria during Tri Svc, till she joined Alpha Wing for her ST2 and Pro term ..infact she was in my section during my cadet days ..there were 2 ladies in Alpha during ST2 and Pro Term..respect them,they took in their stride when training in ROC and Brunei, especially if u know our Wing Comd was one tough trainer. ..Originally posted by cornyfish2000:Fellow Sierra alumni? -

Yup, i certainly respect the female cadets... Used to have one in my batch who got wing best for ST1...
