the highest NCC ranking officer i saw before is a LTC(NCC).
for your info, a LTC(NCC) is only by appointment. -

I don't know about you guys, but my NCC officers are very committed to their role. We get punished and have "extra drills"(i think it is call defaulter parade mecham like kana charge in NS) almost every weekend. Sebei siong as a kid leh...almost everytime, also got ppl fallout(faint/giddy) from the extra drills.
It does make us more strong. As a pioneer patch of student of the school(during that time), at the end of our tour, my school becomes the FIRST school in NCC history to win the Best Unit competition at the very first time entry/attempy. In fact we won in twice in a row.
