  FDPA is under the Commonwealth defence link (& also partly when Britain & ANZAC will most likely come to our aid if we ever get invaded).
  
  For bilateral exercises with our neighbors, I can think of 2: Ex Semangat Bersatu (for the SAF & the MAF) & Ex Malapura (for the RSN & the RMN).

  Got a couple of Ex Indopura's (bilateral army & air-force training) with our other neighbor too, as I recall.
