  the thing is nowadays its hard to find guys who have perfect eyesight.
  
  so the SAF is relaxing its criteria for the vocations you listed, which previously were open only to those with perfect eyesight.
  
  and for pilots, they are offering sponsored lasik too.
  
  so it really depends on the severity of your myopia. having myopia has become a given.
