Really depends on how busy the medical centre is. If they are free, they can give u an appointment as early as within 2 weeks of calling. For me, they gave me a date which was about a month after i made the call.
But later i had to re-schedule my FFI to an earlier date b'cos my batch was granted the NS reduction all of a sudden. The Selarang medical centre was pretty efficient and gave me an earlier date without any fuss.
Try and book a date before you clear leave so no need to waste your leave time. You can try to 'bargain' for an earlier date if the date they give you is too late, just give them some excuse like 'i going overseas' or something like that.
