What do u think of the new army PT kits?

  what do u guys think of the new army PT singlet for the various different formations that was introduced earlier this year? finally can say goodbye to that dull old grey army singlet liao.

  well the grey one is better than the olive green one..especially the PT definitely better than than canvas one

  i oso prefer the old type..more cooling...and easier to dry?

  this new PT kit is super cool. very light, said to be 30% lighter than the grey PT kit and is quick dry adsorb sweat better.
  
  somemore each formation the PT Kit the different. can easily differentiate soldiers from different formation. helps build better identity as well.

  u refering to the AHM running singlet is it? since when tat took over the new army pt kit?

  for the AHM, different formation wear their own formation PT attire. which is the one one we are discussing in this thread. those are not AHM running singlets.

  mm i though tat one is meant for AHM purpose one..
  so tat mean every new recuits enlisted into BMT will get an infantry AHM singlet too? kinda weird rite?

  err no. i heard from my friend working in tekong that recruits in BMTC and trainees in SISPEC will continue to wear the old grey PT kit. they will only be issue those new PT kit when they get posted to their respective units.

  combat engineer i think is the only formation using black.
  
  i see a lot of whites though.
