wasn't this answered before somewhere?
OC = Officer in Commanding, normally responsible for a Company.
CO = Commanding Officer, normally responsible for a Battalion/Regiment, Command School or Training School. May sometimes be known as a Comd instead of CO
Comd = Used for a training facility, Brigade or Division
Hope this answers your question, titles and names may differ for each service or country.
Commandant leh?

Commandant is for a staff college or high level units.
Commander is for Training Schools. (as above)
What about Camp Commandant?
