Hi all,
Am curious as I heard this from a friend.Is it true that male citizens who are gays are exempted from NS or are they simply posted to a seperate unit.What unit is this and what do they do there? -

A gay fren is exempted from NS & reservist. "Stepped out" & declared himself as gay & happily living a 'gay' life now. No chiong sua.. no recall for reservist. But it wasn't easy as he had to go see a psychiatrist many times over a yr before they let him off the hook. He paid his own fees of coz...

Gays, as well as those guys who are females in mentality, still needs to do NS, however, their life will be much easier as they are doing clerical works with excuse staying in.

haha, maybe they scared those gays will 1) influence the straight ones 2) they can't cope w/ the physical training, sekali faint or choy, kan stand the hardship, commit sucide... thts why can get 1)exempted 2) send to do admin work... (tonuge in cheek comments huh)
