  Are the Guardsmen who're sent to Aceh wearing the new Load Bearing Vests? I first saw it in the ST photo of the water-purification vehicle, then checked back & could see the Khaki-bereted commanders wearing the gear as well. By contrast, the SCE people are still in the old SBO.

  SCE as a support unit is wearing the old SBO. LBVs are mostly for combat units.
