I have already asked my chief clerk and she says only corporals to be can disrupt( as in those that are going to server > 2 years). I know that dip holders most likely will get promoted to corporal (how many % exactly , anyone know?), but can i apply to disrupt now, or get a letter to say that i am applicable to disrupt??
