i have seen pple wif totally no leadership but they r still officers or specs
but sispec now relak already lahz..
dun worry abt the training
super relak if compared to the past due to the restructuring of the training system
now got term 1 n term 2 in which quite a lot of pple will cross over to ocs after term 1
then the summary exercise only xiong during missions, after missions balonglong until no tomolo
IMHO, the summary exercise is more fun n more relak than bmt's field camp.

the training really very slack compared to the previous batch.
but the bad thing is every coy gets to fire only 2 weapons during live firing...
i wanna fire all weapons!!!

why don't they just accept PES C personnel. hahaha....
with that kind of summary exercise you described, i can forsee that sgts will be laugh at by their men in unit -

my sgt got tell me that the summary exercise now n last time different liao
last time still must guard harbour base, but now no need
cos now term 1 haven learn harbouring drills yet
term 2 then learn, now the summary exercise is all abt missions n missions...
but the nutcracker looks xiong to me...
will be going for it the mon after cny...
my fren who went last week said 1st nite he got only 1 hr of slp, 2nd nite 2 hrs of slp...
