Still rem last time my camp in Kranji, my building was on top of a hill, far away fm e rest of the buildings. Wacao, when e wind blows u can smell e stinky chicken sia fm e nearby chicken farms!! Both day n night e smell was always there! E only comfort was in e aircon office...where e smell was being blocked off... N at night we had to deal w giant mosquitos, lots of them....not forgeting the rats that ran around e bunks at night...i m not joking, its true! We once caught a rat, n we poured boiling water to kill it...Still rem a case where my friend put his bread inside his BMT green sling bag (last time BMTC in tekong gave out green bags 4 sch 2 n black 4 sch 1) n e next morning there was a hole in his bag together w teeth marks on his bread inside his bag!!!

i spent my childhood days growing up in taman jurong. that was this camp near my neighbourhood which i believed was called tanan jurong camp.
anybody knew where has it moved to? is it to jurong camp?

Changi airbase west is pretty creepy too. The building where POWs were tortured during WW2 and where they painted the original Changi murals, still stands. Even though its been fenced off, the mere presence of it will still give you the creeps. -
Hi 5! When I was a kid, my block was just beside the SOC ground, sometimes in the afternoon, you could see them do SOC, quite interesting to watch when u are a kid! In the night, lagi best, I live on top floor, I can see the soldiers, climb out out of the fence, goto the market to buy stuff, then climb back in and there was several bunch of ppl do it, it became like a "back door"

I was in a private estate, I think was HUDC something like that, the block number is 134C, the block is still there. Back then, the block was just beside the ramp.
Yep, the POSB bank building is there but the bank not there liao, the building now is a child care centre. -
