Reasons for Signing extra

  extra duties r nothing....i still hv outstanding extra to serve when i complete my NS

  I think the word "oustanding" in this case means he had not completed his extras.

  Ya, as in the MOs who have already been commissioned as CPTs but due to poor attitude etc etc have been posted as men together with the medics in a medical battalion.
  
  Anyway that's what i heard. Maybe any medics here can verify this?

  Yup.. What is a "minor"? I have not heard of it before too, even though I have passed my 1 year anniversary of enlistment (celebrate or cry)?
