  i was wondering out of curiosity...
  
  spec contract(premium plan) is made up of pp1 and pp2.....how is pp2 offered to them?...wat do they(powers that be) look for..?
  
  any regulars here offered pp2?

  there are different requirements for each vocation, and these can be the completion of certain route of advancement courses, reaching certain seniority and appointment and also having the potential to go on further and hold more senior appointments and of course, having enough time left in service to do so too.

  i seee....so u are saying that in each vocation...there is a road to follow unique to each vocation?
