6pm. Dinner, like lunch 1 meat and 1 vege, brush teeth then wait for roll call(counting heads) then wait for lights off ard 9pm.(no more food till 5am)
Repeat the above for the rest of yor days sentenced remaining..

Actually only the 1st time ppl are so jialat. Those who go in DB second time don't have the sandbag pt everyday, only twice a week.
I was SUS in DB. Go in few times already. sianz. -

the highest rank of personnels that i have heard awol is PFC n i never heard regulars going awol as well.
but awol for too long can be treated as desertion or even defection is it? -

Those who go DB got type "A1" and "SUS". The SUS usually are longer term one, like few months or more. They no need to do afternoon sandbag PT. Those A1 only go in few weeks at most so must do more and kena tekan more jialat.
I last time kena lockup before at mooncresent prison. I can tell you DB life is abt the same as prison.
And yes hair of course shave botak. Shorter than recruit style. You go in that time is worse cos after they shave you the hair all over your body and cannot bathe.
I still NSF now. Go in DB 3 times. 1 time during recruit time cos AWOL. 2nd time fail urine test. 3rd time kena caught selling vcd. Go prison already come out go DB. ORD still must wait long long.

Cannot bathe is a punishment or no hair too cold to bathe?
Btw serve so long might as well sign on at least got paid......so better take care no point going in and out of DB not going to get "Long Service Award" for it. -

Singapore does have PFC...Maybe it isn't around inside the Rec handbook anymore...so most younger generation NSFs wun know..
It's the same as the LCP insignia less the umbrella (the curved top)... -
PFC => people used to call the rank 'ikan bilis'

Haha...Long before SAF have this umbrella thingy over the LCP/CPL stripes, the LCP/CPL were also called ikan bills!! Somemore got Corporal First Class too...
Anyway back to da topic...DB not a nice experience from what my friend tell me..For repeat offenders and longer sentence servers, they normally wun make them do so much exercise/sandbag...Wait if stronger than the MP then how???Ahahah...
Repeat offenders normally let them experience what is called solitude...Cos physical punishment have no effect on them already!! Some of them treat it like 5BX like that...After conditioning all come out can IPPT GOld -
