NCC Cadets.
CLT Trainee has a white stripe with the "NCC" wording, CLT has a white stripe and a shorter gold one with the "NCC" wording, Senior CLT has two white stripe and a shorter gold one with the "NCC" wording
NCC Officers.
Those undergoing training has two white stripes (similar to the one for CLT Trainee) with the "NCC" wording, they are known as Officer Cadet Trainee. -

if they book out in no.4 then book in also no.4 ah? or is it can wear back white shirt and black pants?

If book out in civvies, can go chiong straightaway after bookout, just take out the collarpin will do. We used to arrange with a school bus auntie to drive in and pick us up at the safti carpark every sat afternoon, then drive us to ginza for a round of CS b4 going home.
Anyway, i've personally never seen anyone kenna punished with being made to book out in smart 4... -
