lol....stretch knees arh..means either one of ure quads or hammies stronger..thats y imbalance...seriously...had runners knee once...and the cause of it is that i didnt feel that cooling down stretches were important....u stand..hand to wall..then pull ure leg from the back arh...then stretch.....sure heal one...since when runner's knee need surgery sia...
here is a remedy that i found in runnersworld
Runner's knee can occur when hamstrings are tight, when quadriceps are much stronger than hamstrings or, in the case of new runners, when quads are weak. All runners should stretch and strengthen quads and hamstrings regularly.
RICE if it swells....avoid downhills if u continue to run through the pain...
