Those instructors would not want to come back on weekends to do remedial with you
Also, theory tests in OETI is open-book one and that's why almost everyone can pass the course -
that does not happen for all the courses.

My fren failed his map reading and plotting test that was tested in ST 1 3 times and passed only on his 4th attempt..

I remember in TST we had this incentive system where the top scorers in the wing got night's off... As a result, everyone mugged quite hard for the first few tests, but after awhile no one bothered to liao.
After all, wats the point of mugging when the instructors organise a tips-giving session just before the test and go thru each and every question that will appear in the test? -
That doesn't happen in AETI, you can still fail if you don't study.

You don't have to pass the exam to kill in battle. -
OCS tests..most of them just access the computer's 'past year questions' and u will definitely pass them..
