i think all Bde will have at least 1 MWO and of couse some OC in sispec are MWO.
one more to add we have lot's of them, MWOs and SWOs in SAFWOSE. -
haha. i have only seem 2 SWO in my NSF career. my engineer formation RSM and SWO Gunga.
as for MWO, only seem before the SSM of SOCE. -

which year you are in now? convert rank? only for those who retired and go into NUSAF, than they do that.
it because of $$$ and SAF give in to them and slowly let WOSE take over officer job such as QM, MTO, PC as in PWO or OC without telling them to convert to higher rank and lower their pay. -
