are tehre ppl in SAF trained to 'stalk' not spy on ppl ?
i dont mean spy on potential terrorists,etc or james bond type(ok i watched too much movies)

sounds like my CO. always on the lookout for our mistakes. this months, extras are flying everywhere.

I can think of 2 courses in the SAF where "stalking" may be taught to some degree ....
1) Sniper school .... as in tactical stalking of target
2) SOF .... as in surveillance of target -

I think that counts as sai kang work. A friend of mine was an MT line sargeant, and he had to go wait for one of his AWOL drivers at the girlfriend's house.
