pes u get i dunno. the "pes bible" only MO keep and its under lock and key... yes, of cos consider medical history to the second question. the rationale of the third question is simple. u r in army now, of cos must find one psychologist from saf too. any psychological cases even with private and outside psychologists MUST be under review by one from saf. its a medical directive order.Originally posted by naix_forever:thanks so much. any idea wad pes will i get? my memo was written as me suffering from adjustment disorder, anxiety, unable to sleep, having recurrent negative thoughts. it was also written i suffered from anxiety disorder and stress disorder when i was young.because i saw e same doctor before abt 10 years ago. this is considered medical history?? i haf e appt with the same doctor in 2wks time, but he also ask the MO to refer me to saf psychiatrists in e meantime. can someone tell me the rationale? since i will still be seeing him as my primary psychologist and counsellor.
1) chances are up to the 3 MOs in a routine medical board who grading ur medical case when ur temp 1 yr pes is due to expiry. may be still remain another 1 yr temp pes again, or if u included newer specialist memos/reports from ur hospital the attending reviewing doctor, the medical board might conversion to pes perm status, and lastly on their mind would then they think of the pes upgrade.Originally posted by mark_28:Just wanna ask some issue abt my PES status...
I'm currently PES C9L3 (Temp for 12 mths since enlistment) due to 2 relapses of epilepsy, which both were occured during high fever when i was 5 and 14 years old.
Some questions:
1)What's my chances of me being upgraded to PES A/B despite having this medical condition?
2)Is there any instance of NSFs,who have just upgraded from PES C to PES A/B,go straight to command school to become specialists or even officers?

Hi, I've just been downgraded permanent to E1 L9. The MC letter from the med board said the following:
"This is to certify that the above-named was attended to and is:
1 Normal duties "
My question is:
What does it mean by "normal duties"? Does it mean I still need do field training when I go back for ICT (i'm a NS man and in combat vocation)? Or "normal duties" mean light/admin duties or what?
Also, is it possible that the MC has a typo error, and it's supposed to read:
"This is to certify that the above-named was attended to and is excused from :
1 Normal duties"
So is it possible the words "excused from" is missed out on the MC?
Anyone can help to clarify? Thanks a lot.

yes, and when going cmpb to see the mo that time, pls bring all medical proof e.g. health booklets, specialist memo/reports/documents... only all these will warrants a pre-enlistment downgrade. no documents no talk. period. if u have bring, mostly likely is pes c.Originally posted by Webbyboy:Just wondering can Chronic Sinusitis (ALWAYS 1 side blocked at one anytime), Chronic asthma and childhood elbow fracture get any downgrade?
Im already enlisted, and i guess it will be harder for me to downgrade? Where can dig up my past records of my fractured elbow? gotta go back to the hospital that i've seen last time? Im currently seeing a specialist in NUH for my chronic sinusitis but all those medicines doesn't help. Im into my 5th week of my BMT in tekong.Originally posted by eac:yes, and when going cmpb to see the mo that time, pls bring all medical proof e.g. health booklets, specialist memo/reports/documents... only all these will warrants a pre-enlistment downgrade. no documents no talk. period. if u have bring, mostly likely is pes c.
