During FFI for command sch, if the doctor finds out about your medical condition(severe drug allergy and diabetes), is it likely that your PES will be downgraded??? Im asking in behalf of my friend who is currently PES A....

if u get injuries and most likely are in sispec/ocs, the wounds are harder to recover and may leave ugly scare for life... ns is 2 years nia... not worth it after u ord and living as a civilian once again reborn... -

As i am from the admin side, i can let everyone know that as of last month (november), Everyone up to Pes C2L2 is considered combat fit.
Therefore, a C2L2 personal can be posted to company-line as trooper.
This is applicable for all new posting orders. To those super "sway" Pes C people who are the first batch to kena this new change, all i can say is congrats to you. lol.
Don't believe, ask your friends who are Pes C that are currently pending posting.
Therefore, don't try to downgrade to Pes C, its pretty much useless nowadays.
Plus there is no point arguing cos, L1 or L2 means you are field deployable, therefore no case. -

for most pes c2/c9 people, most of them r already in the combat support vocations, even though they maybe in a typical company in a battalion.
and the most combatants vocations r majority filtered out and given to pes a/b people 1st... until really no one else to fill the vocation vacancy then filtered out to pes c1..., then will go to pes c2...
even maybe there is a new directive GOM published..., :
did it say pes c2 now need to take ippt? i dont think so...
this is one of the most important concerns for reservists... there is no announcement in the mass media for this... -

and the land code is most crucial only during wartime...
u maybe even pes e9l9 storeman, but if u need to go for overseas excerise, u still need to go, but no worry, u always be at the base camp, very very rare to outfield to deliver stuff in tonner... -

Actually rite, like i said earlier, you all will see the full effect only in a few months time, cos this change just started, so the amt of PES C combatant are at a minimal now, cos firstly there not not many mono-intake or evergreen units that just started BMT or are POPing soon. In order for PES C ppl to post to coy-line, they need to post to a bmt batch that just recently POPed. So, likelihood of seeing PES C combatants in your unit is unlikely. But, if you asks regulars in your unit, they confirm would have heard of this new change liao. -
we all knew tat l2 and l3 r field deployable anyway.... ok, however.. despite e recent slight changes as u said, when i was in ns last year, in my division hq, there r already 3 pes c1l3 COMBAT medics in my camp medical centre... they r also drawing e $100 combat allowance... and pes c1 pple oso already need to take ippt (excuse <2 static stations), so i dont see much change even as u said in a few months time...
thus... whether at div/bde/btn/coy levels, so long as pes c personnel r in the hq coy estab, it is just. and already put in place and in effect long ago.
according to the 1st page of this thread, already define the land codes:
PES C grading will be followed by the L-Code (Land Deployment Code) as follows:
L1 - Fit for field duties, including front-line direct combat duties.
L2 - Fit for field duties, but only in Unit HQ or rear areas.
L3 - Fit for operational duties at Bases only. -
actually whats the diff between c2 and c9.
the c2 bmt seems to be easier as got excused ll compared to the c9.
and also the deployment code seems more important too. -

That's why you have PES C2L2 signallers and medics.
For those in Maint., even PES C9 chaps may have to deploy as well. -

It depends on the camp and the type of personnel they have. If the camp consist of mainly PES A/B people, PES C people will normally be doing duty clerk. However if you camp consist of mainly PES C and below people, you can be tasked to do guard duty. unless myopia until blind type + astigmatism, then will consider... such cases usually refer to hospital specialist for assessment 1st, then maybe discuss with saf MMI specialist... very rare cases... seldom encounter...
