I miss my friends from OETI, especially one who has been with me since tekkong because we OOT together back then, who takes care of me almost everyday.
A couple of my friends, who has been taking care of me, because of my body, I am unable to carry heavy load and do alot of stuffs, they help me.
Being posted to a new environment made me severely depress because of the irregular work hours, also the distance from camp to my place is extremely far, west to east and east to west everyday.
I've suffered since tekkong, and I don't think that I can take it anymore now that they even took my friends away, yesterday I was in bunk, I had suicidal thoughts and thanks to my girlfriend appearing in one of the thoughts that stopped me, I was ready and locked myself in the bunk.
To me, I've lost myself when I went into army, injuries, upcoming operations whether should I proceed or not, losing of friends even though I can meet them at night I just hope to work together with them, fearing of irregular working hours up to 10 at night
I am really unable to perform repair work, requiring alot of upper limb strength to carry buckets, oil, even just to loosen a nut, I feel useless.
When I was in tekkong, I went to IMH and they refered me back to camp MO, MO referred me to counsellor.
I thought that was what I needed and my friends asked me to go see the government specialist, but I refused to accept because I am also afraid of being blackmarked for life.
Now I think I really need some anti-depressant, and medical attention for my depression.
Eyes are swollen and puffy now due to a long cry.
Thanks all..
You should see a MO......ask to be referred to a specialist.

-open a nut.

Yes bro dkcx I understand that point.
There is a person who can 1:1 swap with me, but it can't be worked out.
ES I assume is office work in platoon office, yes it can be arranged but still, irregular times, and distance.
My wrist is hurting due to the ganglion CYST, can only be surgically removed.
I assume I can request for revocation after my surgery when I go back to endorse my MC?
I'd rather get posted out to a place where everyone has similar case as me, really is damn depressing and demoralising to stay in that AMB to be honest. .

Hi
I have constant lower back pain. My MRI shows small disc bulges at L4/5, L5/S1 and hypertrophic facet change at L3/L4, L4/L5, L5/S1. My back is constantly stiff and I have a radiating pain in the lumbar area. It gets worse after carrying heavy load. When carrying heavy load, the pain is mostly at the sacral area.
My vocation is Rifleman and I carry the 84mm manpack. The total load I carry is between 30-35kg. Nowadays just carrying the plain 10kg field pack also give me pain. I gave specialist memo for excuse heavyload, but MO juz gif me Anarex and ask me to come back for more. Perhaps maybe cuz I get IPPT gold and pass SOC. But when I carry my manpack I find it difficult to walk, especially up slope. The pain in the sacral region hurts a lot. Is there anything I can do?
Thanks a lot.

Actually, what do u hope to achieve by going to the MO ? IF excuse heavyload is given to you, it means you can no longer be a rifleman? Then you might as well be downgraded n revocated. So you have to ask yourself what u want. There are some ppls who will carry on even if they know they have injuries. But there are ppls who want to get downgrade by using their injury.
Anyway, wat is the diagnose given by ur specialist after looking at your MRI ? If you think you r really in pain, just ask your spec to write a letter to downgrade and excuse heavyload. Only if you are downgrade will u be able to be revocate to a non combat vocation which may help in your back.
Anyway, did u do a x-ray? if yes, what does it shows?

a diagnosis?
In the memo he also recommend me to SAF Psychiatrist department.
I received Lexapro and Xanax for my medication, they work good except it made me feel tired and lazy.
Yes, it's a clinical diagnosis.
P cases need to be seen by a SAF psychiatrist as well.
You can continue to see your present psychiatrist for treatment.

Based on this Cypher's psychiatric problem, if he got downgraded, will he get excused firearms permanently?

He also added that in order to post me out, I would need to see the SAF psychiatrist first.
Currently even though I am on mc at home, I feel severely down, I have no idea what to do.
Will that render me a downgrade?
no lah... stay at home only can downgrade? NO, wait long long long also dont have...
the only way... is to do properly... which is...
to properly downgrade is law by law, follow the book, follow the SOP...
medical centre already said must see its saf psychiatrist 1st, now u just wait for its appointment to see him lor...
