If you remain as a Pes C, you will not need to go for a BMT recourse. However, if your Pes is upped to A or B, there is a very slight chance that you may need to go for a BMT recourse.
As for your letter, I will suggest that you look for your unit's MO first and show it to him, and wait for him to refer you to CMPB.

wat should be the pes status if one is having high frequency hearing loss? currently im pes D but intending to sign on as regular.
Tinnitus is a Pes B condition.At worst,you will only be given Excuses Loud Noise Environment and Loud Noise Vocations.

You previously mentioned about not being OOC-ed, does that mean you are currently taking some course?
If that is the case, perhaps your commanders will prefer to have you "complete" the course before allowing you to be posted out to some other unit and revocated.

Sadly,it is true.I have a friend,a Sig Spec,who has the same problem.I put him up for medical board and outcome recommended and given was as per what i typed previously.Unit tried to bargain saying that as a pes B soldier with the abovementioned excuses cannot be kept by the Bde,even as an Nsman but i could'nt help but quote the book,that Tinnitus is Pes B plus necessary excuses.I sent email,Mo sent email then they finally got it.LOL

I've currently been diagnosed with Popliteal Artery Entrapment Syndrome and have to undergo 2 surgeries on both my legs. Currently PES B and my vocation is a Combat Signaller. MO has sent in my name for this months review.
Just wanna check if i get downgraded what PES will i be and will i be.

Temp downgrade is likely. Whether it will be perm or not depends on whether you are still able to perform after your temp period.

Medical Board has given me a perm downgrade to C2L2 for snapping hip syndrome.

Guys, need some help and info here.
I OOT from bmt for close to 2 months before i was posted out. My posting was checked the same way as those who pop, which is check through the ns portal. However, 3 days before my posting was out, MMI temp downpes me to c9l9 and said they will be revocating me to be a clerk. Then on friday when my posting was out, I was posted to OETI. After i reported to my new unit, i told my upper command about it and they said they will not do anything about my revocation unless they received a black and white or email about it. What can i do? I only have a letter to state tat i was temp downpes to C9L9 and also that they will be revocating me. However, they never state where they will be revocating me to in the letter or what vocation.
1) Will I be revocated to clerk? MMI doctor also told my parents that they will be revocating me to clerk.
2)Will they screw up the revocation?
3)If they do screw up, what can I do to savage it?

What did you get PES C9L9 for?
Technician is still a possible C9L9 vocation so if your problem does not prevent you from being a tech, you will stay a tech. I don't think MMI has 100% say in vocations, they generally only can recommend you to revocate if your medical problems prevent you from functioning in your current vocation.

Are you a A/B/C autotech?
As a former autotech, i would say it isn't really that bad a vocation and you do learn some useful skills especially if you own a vehicle.
