most are quite clearly laid down, while others are really up to the interpretation of the MP.

my friend was caught for dying his hair by MP before at the bus stop outside camp. he was given a warning. beware MPs can be everywhere, sometimes they are in civilian clothings hanging around bus stops outside camps catching poeple. (or was it a coincidence my friend was caught? i don't know)

CV vehicles bo chap n still continue to park there when e MID vehicles gt summon, cause they knw the MP won't summon them. yupz. my friend got caught while we are going home from after given a 1/2 day off. he was caught by an mp for dirty boots and yea, that mp is in CV.
