Seriously, it was desperate situation, was in a mini- E&E training exercise. No water bottle, instructor was not around. I believe there is a TSR that forbade trainees to drink from the Tekong reservoir and streams. But I was so thirsty from almost 24 hours without water and it was a hot day.
Within a few hours, I had diarhhoea... big lao-sai ! But after I cleared my stomach once .... OK.
